For this reason, you may consider exerting yourself in the skillful method of nurturing your demon. Thinking about the demon you have chosen to work with, perhaps remembering a particular time or incident when it came up strongly, scan your body and locate where you are holding this demon most strongly in your body. 

Notice the following:
-Where is the demon held in your body?
-What is its shape? 
-What is its color?
-What is its texture? 
-What is its temperature?

Rather than struggle against the demon, these painting gives form to the energy previously blocking the path. Try to flee from your demons and they will pursue you. By struggling with them, you become weaker. Therefore, become the demon, nurture the demon and watch it dissolve gently. Allowing herself to fall into the arms of her fears, merges her with the other and leads to integration, inner peace, and balance.
