Body Monsters

By Metra Mitchell

A Kaleidoscopic array of monsters decorate these compositions as drama floods the stage. Are these monsters sinister or friendly? Can their nature even really be tamed?

With an infectious energy and shape-shifting complexity, the Beast embodies the rebellious spirit of liberation. The nightmare of the psyche paints a compelling picture which hopefully wakes-up our own connections to the magic and beauty within us all. Look around. Look within. The monster is waking up. When the hungry alligator comes crawling, it’s time to come out of hiding and COURAGEOUSLY look it in the mouth. Time to wake-up and peer into the darkness of the remarkable drooling monsters of the watery abyss and turn those frowns upside-down!  created for your pleasure and delight!

Watch out for those hungry alligators when you are playing that cat and mouse game, everyone!!! The Forest was Savage, Rough and Stern… and those three worldly beasts were very hungry! Rawr!
